We mainly need access to a web developer or technical contact. Close collaboration with the founder and sales helps us move faster.

3. Which marketing channels are covered?

Channels are chosen based on your GTM strategy. Cold outbound is included by default because it is the most cost effective way to test SaaS demand, but we adjust if another channel fits better.

4. Are there additional budgets we should plan for?

Yes. You should expect costs for lead lists, domains and inboxes, automation tools, CRM subscriptions, and optional ad spend. We scope these upfront so there are no surprises.

5. Do you guarantee revenue in 120 days?

We cannot guarantee revenue because we do not control product or sales execution. What we guarantee is a tested, scalable outbound system designed to generate revenue.

6. Who owns the assets you build?

8. Why 120 days? Many fCMOs offer 90-day programs.

We have great cases where revenue starts coming in within 90 days. But it always depends on the founder, internal processes, and the product.

Many 90-day programs stop once leads start coming in and don’t include sales enablement. We deliver a turnkey program and make sure we only leave once you know how to turn those leads into revenue.

Based on our experience, it’s better to secure 120 days to allow time for optimization and proper sales enablement.
